Welcome! Today I begin expressing my heart, speaking my truth, and following promptings of the Spirit. For quite some time I have felt alone and separate in the world even though I am surrounded by family and friends. I have a good home filled with modern conveniences and plenty of opportunities to learn and do interesting things. Still there seems to be something missing and my heart yearns for it. It is joy, found in a sense of belonging, a connection with others and my space in the universe.Today I am sharing with you my discoveries of joy that you might find joy there too.
